01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the ZydraAi service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions on this page. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

You must also be at least 13 years old to use ZydraAi. If you are under that age, you are not permitted to create an account.

02 Service Description

ZydraAi is a personal AI chat space that allows you to interact with a language model for various purposes — writing, thinking, asking questions, or just chatting.

This service is provided "as is" and may change, be limited, or discontinued in part or whole at any time without prior notice, especially given its current development stage.

03 Daily Usage Limit

To keep ZydraAi accessible and stable for everyone, each user is given a daily limit of 25 messages.

• You can send up to 25 messages per day.
• The limit resets automatically every 24 hours.
• Once the limit is reached, you must wait until the next reset window before sending more messages.
• The limit applies per user account, not per device or browser.
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass the limit is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension.

This limit may be adjusted in the future as our infrastructure grows. Any changes will be communicated through the app or via email.

04 Chat History Retention

As explained at the top, your chat history is automatically deleted every 7 days. This is not an arbitrary decision, but a consequence of the cloud capacity limitations we currently use.

• History older than 7 days is automatically deleted from the server.
• This policy applies to all users, without exception, as long as cloud limitations persist.
• We will notify you via email or in-app announcement if this policy changes in the future.
• You are responsible for saving important information from your conversations yourself.

We understand this limitation is not ideal. Our priority right now is to keep the service stable and accessible, while continuing to develop infrastructure capacity.

05 Your Account

To use ZydraAi, you need to create an account through Clerk. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Immediately notifying us if you detect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

06 Permitted Use

ZydraAi is intended for reasonable personal use. You may use this service to:

• Write, brainstorm, and develop ideas.
• Learn, ask questions, and explore new topics.
• Assist with work or legitimate daily tasks.
• Other personal purposes that do not violate the law.

07 Prohibited Use

You may not use ZydraAi to:

• Content that violates the law, including violent material, harassment, or exploitation.
• Distribute malware, phishing, or engage in other harmful activities.
• Generate misleading content with the intent to deceive others.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to exploit our systems.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent the 25-message daily limit or manipulate the service.
• Resell or commercialize access to the service without our written permission.

Violations may result in permanent suspension or deletion of your account.

08 Intellectual Property Rights

All elements of ZydraAi — including logos, names, interface designs, code, and other materials — are protected by intellectual property rights and are owned by us or our licensors.

You are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

For content you create through ZydraAi (prompts and conversations), you retain the rights to it as far as permitted by law. However, you grant us a limited license to process that content in order to operate the service.

09 Disclaimer

ZydraAi is an AI-based tool. The output generated is not always accurate, complete, or error-free. You should not rely on ZydraAi as the sole source for important decisions — including legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions.

You are fully responsible for how you use the output from this service.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZydraAi and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

We are also not responsible for the loss of chat history automatically deleted under the 7-day policy described above.

11 Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ZydraAi at any time, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these terms or abused the service.

You may also stop using the service and delete your account at any time. After account deletion, your data will be processed according to our privacy policy.

12 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app notification before taking effect.

By continuing to use the service after changes take effect, you are deemed to agree to the latest version of these terms. The current version will always be available on this page with the update date at the top.

13 Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Indonesia. Any disputes arising will be resolved through deliberation first, and if not reached, through applicable legal channels.
